Artificial trough planters are a great way of utilising space and within open plan offices they can act as excellent screening to provide privacy, reduce noise levels and generally improve productivity as there are less distractions to the workforce. Much of our work for office projects requires bespoke design and installation. Every office space is different and presents different challenges whether that be limited space which can often be the case in older buildings, or large open spaces which is more the case with new open plan offices. In the examples below we were able to visit the premises and then come back with designs based on the spaces available. In the case of the atrium project, we were able to use larger maple trees as there were virtually no limitations on height. The grass borders framed this space beautifully and did not detract from the centrepiece maple trees.

For the other installation, we designed custom troughs that would sit between the existing seating cubicles. The feature wall at one end of the office also required a tailored living wall solution and the end result was a stunning green space.
